Today is so hot & i'm not planning to go anywhere. I just can't stand under the sun. It's not that i am minah saleh but walking under the sun does really make me feel tired, physically & mentally exhausted. I rather stay at home & probably eating an ice-cream or having some coconut drinks. Unfortunately, i dint find any of them in refrigerator. Arrghh, but there was a cup of lemon sorbet however almost empty & expired. So, i asked my sisters to buy me an ice-cream at the nearer shop. They are on their way & will be back soon. Talked about sorbet, what is sorbet actually? As always, i put in yahoo query box & there are two of them. Here it goes:
1. Sorbet: made without milk, were popular in Victorian, England when at large dinner parties the host wished to serve their guest with something refreshing between the starter & main courses. Today ice cream sorbets form part of the world's top restaurants menus equally the same way but they are also eaten by many ppl simply as 'stand alone' refreshing dessert.

2. Sherbet: Almost always has fruit component but also must contain dairy to produce a desert that is lighter than ice cream but reacher than sorbet.
Ohh i see, i don even know this fact before. Hmm... I never try sherbet, have u? How does it taste?
