The sounds of nature

I woke up early this morning. All my family members were still on their beds. Nothing to do outside, I went back into my room & onto my bed. I opened the window to let some fresh air coming inside my room. The cool air is invigorating. I led to wall & read my book. So peaceful morning. While reading, i heard the sounds of bird chirping & singing outside my window. These sharp high-pitched sounds pierced through the silent morning. It was really pleasant. They do not disturb the peace, in fact they are part of the peace. They are one of the nature sounds & not a man-made sounds.I enjoy bird singing in the morning rather than the shrill cries of the cicadas in the late of the night.

The chronology of getting up early

I simply detest the alarm clock!

I dislike getting up early in the morning to go to work/school. It's not that I dislike working/school. I dislike having a drag myself out of bed when it is still dark outside & when my eyes refuse to open, especially after having only a few hours sleep because of watching tv till late the previous night. If only work would start a bit later then everything will be fine. Then I would not have to wait my turn to use the bathroom & best of all, I would not have to jerk myself from my warm comfortable bed.

What to do?

There's a holiday this week & I can't decide what to do. I have a lot of work to do at home & this would be a good chance to do it. But I'd rather not spent the holiday that way. I can work at home all the rest of the year :) How wonderful it is to laze around doing nothing. May be i can read some books..

I hate

A driver who never bothers to signal. I would laugh at him if some others vehicle come & hit him. In fact i wanna hit them accidentally with my own car. They deserve no sympathy because they never feel guilty at all though putting danger to other road users.

We dont need opportunists.

ZAHRAIN'S RESIGNATION: KEADILAN HAS NO PLACE FOR OPPORTUNISTS
Parti Keadilan Rakyat (KEADILAN) views the resignation of Bayan Baru MP Dato Seri Zahrain Mohd Hashim with regret but not surprised, and recognises it as part of a necessary streamlining process to ensure that the party and its coalition partners in Pakatan Rakyat are best positioned to serve the people in the future.
Zahrain's resignation is clearly a pre-emptive move as he is facing a disciplinary proceeding following his recent press attacks on Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, and it is likely that he would have been sacked had he been found guilty. A show cause letter had been issued to him on 8th February 2010 requesting him to respond by 12th February 2010.
KEADILAN recognises its duty to uphold the will of the people as expressed by the voters at the March 8, 2008 general election. Its stance is clear. Those who do not believe in the struggle for social and economic justice are not welcome in the party. The painful process of weeding out opportunists will have great long-term benefits to truly effect change in Malaysia.
This comes at a time when the party is facing many challenges because the ruling Barisan Nasional views it as a clear threat to its thus far unbroken hold on power. These challenges include the current trial of KEADILAN leader Dato' Seri Anwar Ibrahim on a unjust charge. At this time of increased pressure, those who are lacking in commitment may waver and leave the party, betraying the rakyat who elected them and exposing their true agenda.
However the party is determined to continue to hold its representatives accountable to the mandate entrusted to them by the people.

Cheating

There are many ways to cheat another person or oneself. Many people indulge in cheating to get what they want. I sometimes cheat on several inspection reports. Well, i have to...otherwise we are in trouble just bcoz of one dimension reported out of spec. Cheating others is a relative obvious activity. How about cheating ourselves?

Sometimes we do not even realize our self-cheating. Some examples of self-cheating that we may recognize are: telling lies to save ourselves, saying yes when we mean no, saying no when we mean yes & conveniently forgetting a promise made to someone. Some ppl indulge in cheating most of the time (salesman/promoter). Others cheat sometimes (me & u).

Is it not ironic that we being more intelligent, must cheat in order to get what we want? For me, i dont want to cheat but sometime i have to .. & it depends more on situation.

We should stop blame the food.

I have been eating unhealthy food since couple of days ago. I ate half of beef + half of chicken prosperity burger + sundae ice cream last nite & the taste is yummy of course. However dont forget they have high contents of calorie & the sundae ice cream may have high contents of sugar that can lead to unhealthy life. Sounds too bad isn't it?. Anyway, we should stop blame the food. They don't even know that they have been commercialized by Mc D.

Now, can someone tell me how can we possibly avoid eating all these foods? May be we should give up our burgers/fast foods, candy, carbonated drinks, ice cream, cookies & other high calorie sweet treats that satisfy our sweet-tooth. Nothing wrong to take them rarely but make sure we burn the calorie by doing some exercises & not like going to bed after eating them which most of us would likely do. That's why we find easy to gain weight & hard to get the weight off.

I dont blame food as they probably too sexy for us. We can't bear to let them go hah hahh!

p/s: Mc Chicken also sexy ka?

The rise of hip hop in me

Moron... I find myself into hip hop now. I spent tonite watching all Alicia Keys & Jz live performances of Empire State of Mind. Oh man... i tried not to say yes couple of times before but this time i can't put myself into state of denial anymore. It's hard for me to accept bcoz i'm not a yo yo hip hop fan. I wish for temporary only :) By the way, it has some kind of power that can move my head left & right, up & down! Haishh...

It's the piano. Alicia reminds me to Amy Lee. Both are great performers with A + + voice.

However, the lyric spoiled me as muslim. Remove the line!
